Three convictions shape how our churches treat one another and the mission we share.
The Great Confession
Humility
Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God, and we are not. A humble, Spirit-dependent, and sacrificial posture shapes how our churches treat one another and how the network relates to churches beyond it.
Humility keeps a network teachable. Our churches would rather ask a good question than defend a position, and that posture is what lets pastors receive correction, celebrate another church’s win as their own, and stay dependent on the Spirit instead of a strategy.
The Great Commandment
Love and Unity
Because God first loved us, we love one another. We collaborate with openness, honesty, and vulnerability, seeking to be an answer to Jesus’ prayer that his people would be one, so the world may believe.
Love and unity are not the absence of disagreement, they are the discipline of staying at the table through it. Our churches show up for each other in the ordinary weeks, not just the celebrated ones, because that is what family does.
The Great Commission
Grace and Truth
Jesus came full of grace and truth, and we hold both together as we share the gospel and make disciples. Grace without truth flatters, truth without grace crushes, and Jesus never did either.
Grace and truth keep each other honest. A church that only comforts will never call people forward, and a church that only corrects will never be trusted with people’s lives. We aim to hold both, the way Jesus did.
