Our vision

A relational network of churches who love Jesus and are empowered by the Spirit to multiply fruit for the glory of God.

Our mission

Three things. Every day.

01

Form Leaders.

Healthy, gospel-shaped leaders are formed through care, coaching, and real friendship, not left to figure it out alone.

02

Forge Oneness.

Churches that would never otherwise meet become family, answering Jesus’ prayer that his people would be one.

03

Fuel Mission.

Shared people, resources, and expertise fuel church planting and Kingdom initiatives no single church could carry.

How we equip churches

See the Full Process

01

Care

We care for leaders. Healthy churches are led by healthy leaders. Care comes first, before strategy and before skills.

02

Coach

We coach leaders and teams. Gospel-saturated, practically-minded development that meets leaders where they are and grows them from there.

03

Collaborate

We collaborate for gospel multiplication. No church is meant to carry the mission alone. Hubs and shared initiatives turn relationships into multiplication.

04

Celebrate

We celebrate the work of the Lord. Gratitude is the engine of endurance. Every year the whole network gathers to tell the stories.

What we value

Gospel character matters

The Great Confession

Humility

Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God, and we are not. A humble, Spirit-dependent, and sacrificial posture shapes how our churches treat one another and how the network relates to churches beyond it.

The Great Commandment

Love and Unity

Because God first loved us, we love one another. We collaborate with openness, honesty, and vulnerability, seeking to be an answer to Jesus’ prayer that his people would be one, so the world may believe.

The Great Commission

Grace and Truth

Jesus came full of grace and truth, and we hold both together as we share the gospel and make disciples. Grace without truth flatters, truth without grace crushes, and Jesus never did either.
